We took a small quantity and hand bottled it, so we could condition it with Brettanomyces Brux and Claussenii yeasts. The result is a delightful offering with a mild leathery earthiness, a pineapple finish and a champagne like carbonation. 1 x 22oz bottle with wire-caged cork. ABV 9%
